Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with its tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@bioyon.com. Please note that returns must be sent to: ZTD GROUP Sp. z o.o., ul. 1 Maja 39, 71-627 Szczecin, Poland.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the problem.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example food, flowers or plants), custom products (for example special orders or personalised items) and personal care products (for example beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a particular item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you received. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.

European Union – 14-day withdrawal period

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. As described above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with its tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
